Third article in 3-part mobile telephony series now available

In this latest article on the relationship between mobile telephony and social media, our online survey results point to steadily rising adoption rates for smartphones, particularly in the consumer market. In the survey, we asked those who do not currently own a smartphone to indicate if they intended to buy one within the next 12 months. The largest increases in terms of  “intention to buy” were within the two social network segments that spend the most time online.
